A family business run by the husband
and wife team Ian and Tracey.

Ian is the head Chef and more can be found about him under "Our Chef". Ian has won many accolades as well as collecting his top award for deserts at the Hilton London Metropole.

Tracey is responsible for the behind the scene management side of the business leaving Ian to concentrate on the more important stuff from our perspective - the food.

Her motto has always been "if you can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen", so she does. 

The team at The Vanilla Pod are what makes part of the experience, excellent service, a fantastic meal and a luxurious dessert, all served in comfortable enigmatic surroundings make for a perfect evening.
